What was Hasina’s message to the world leaders in COP26?

Hasina spoke at COP26 on behalf of the Climate Vulnerable Forum, a group of 48 countries most threatened by climate change. The Bangladesh PM told wealthy world leaders on Monday, Nov. 1, 2021,  they must fulfill both their carbon emission cutting pledges and keep their promises to help developing countries decarbonize.
