New Jersey is the second state on the East Coast to fully authorize sales of cannabis to all adults. On Apr. 11, 2022, New Jersey gave seven medical-marijuana companies approval to start selling their products to all adults in 13 individual dispensaries scattered throughout the state, including several within a half-hour drive of New York City.
