What is World Central Kitchen?

World Central Kitchen is a food relief organization founded by chef José Andrés in response to the 2010 Haiti earthquake. The organization has expanded its efforts to various global crises, including war-torn regions like Gaza. Recently, they delivered food aid to Gaza, where an unfortunate Israeli airstrike killed seven of their workers. Their work in Gaza, supported by international funding, was crucial in addressing the dire food security situation amidst the conflict with Israel.
